Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have a strong background in developing and driving targeted Organizational Change Management solutions
- 5-10 years of related lean management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and/or experience with process improvement opportunities to eliminate waste
