Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Channel Development Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies
  • Providing data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
  • Developing go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy and transformation, operating models enhancement, process improvement etc
  • Success directing and leading teams
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and leading complex initiatives and projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Experience delivering formal presentations to senior leadership
