Job Summary

An IT infrastructure and information management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Channel Operations Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Opportunity Registration, BDF, Partner Onboarding, and NFR Licensing
• Develop best practice expertise & become primary point of contact for MSP & Alliance partner day-to-day operations
• Partner cross-functionally to design and implement new, or optimize existing processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft O365 including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, and flowchart software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and leverage strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
