Telecommute Channel Success Management Director

Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Telecommute Channel Success Management Director.

Must be able to:

• Maintain solid industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of products and services
• Create, execute and oversee action plans to track channel partner activity and projects
• Deliver growth by assuring usage, renewals, post-sales success, loyalty, expansion and new product adoption

Qualifications Include:

• BA/BS/Undergraduate
• Competency with Microsoft's suite of business products
• 10+ years of leading a Channel Partner Management team in a client facing role is desired
• Experience working for a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
• Cyber security and ATO prevention experience a plus
• Salesforce and Zendesk experience is a plus
