Job Summary
A provider of IT solutions for the healthcare industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Charge Entry Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Review Claim Production Status Report for claim edit errors identified by the BBP process
- Key charges within 24 hours
- Complete Daily BOS Spreadsheet Communication Report
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two plus years Medical Billing experience
- Working knowledge of medical billing and/or medical accounts receivable
- ICD-10 certification or (2) year experience
- Proficient with computers, Windows based software programs, and Excel
