Job Summary
A quality assurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Chemical and Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, building, and growing relationships; closing business with both new and existing pharmaceutical clients
- Engaging the scientific staff to help strengthen client relationship and close the deal
- Responding to client web or inbound phone Inquiries about services within 72 hours
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel overnight ~50% of the time
- Minimum 5 years of selling professional services in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or as a scientist/analyst
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales
- Proficiency with PC, Outlook, MS Work, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
