Job Summary

A quality assurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Chemical and Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, building, and growing relationships; closing business with both new and existing pharmaceutical clients
  • Engaging the scientific staff to help strengthen client relationship and close the deal
  • Responding to client web or inbound phone Inquiries about services within 72 hours

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel overnight ~50% of the time
  • Minimum 5 years of selling professional services in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or as a scientist/analyst
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales
  • Proficiency with PC, Outlook, MS Work, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree
