A law firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Chemical or Pharma Patent Attorney in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing excellent work quality and client service
- Completing any other assigned tasks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years or more solid patent prosecution experience
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, medicine, or equivalent fields
- Must be detail oriented, self-starter, highly motivated, open to learning from more experienced attorneys
- Possess exceptionally strong technical and writing skills
- At least one state bar license, a USPTO patent bar registration, and good standing
- Proven track record of business development and a portable book of business of at least $300K
