Job Summary

A leader in enterprise application software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Chief Customer Office Solution Advisor.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate activities and implementation projects across organizational units
  • Establish trusted relationships with executives
  • Support and Service Organizations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven ability to manage highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situations
  • Comfortable in delivering complex and sensitive issues to customer executives in a tactful manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools for developing executive presentations and communication
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • 5 years of experience in complex business software / IT solutions
