A leader in enterprise application software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Chief Customer Office Solution Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate activities and implementation projects across organizational units
- Establish trusted relationships with executives
- Support and Service Organizations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to manage highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situations
- Comfortable in delivering complex and sensitive issues to customer executives in a tactful manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools for developing executive presentations and communication
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- 5 years of experience in complex business software / IT solutions
