Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Chief External Relations Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to and oversight of External Relations initiatives
- Set overall strategy for brand growth and revenue goals
- Manage, engage, and develop high performing teams and team leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 15+ years of professional experience with 7+ years of senior management experience in a high-performing organization
- Extensive experience working with senior leaders across a matrixed organization to lead communications strategies
- Exceptional storytelling acumen (written, verbal and visual) with proven ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Experience managing high-performing and engaged teams
- Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding organizational targets
