Job Summary
A coding services company is in need of a Telecommute Chief Financial Officer.
Must be able to:
- Evolve and enhance revenue, margin and cash flow forecasting models
- Deliver monthly reporting back to executive team, Board and banks
- Maintain strong relationships with the Board, Investors, and banks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Experienced with investor, banker and Board relations
- 10-15 years financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, etc
- Experience with owning the legal and financial aspects of at least two acquisitions
- Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
