Job Summary
A national policy organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Chief Financial Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading analysis, reporting and strategic management of firm finances
- Leading regular presentation to partners on the financial state of the firm
- Training, developing and evaluating performance of the current Finance staff
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel for team engagements and partner meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related subject
- 15-20 years experience, and at least 3-5 in executive finance leadership
- Experience in the social impact sector or in a professional services firm
- Experience leading the day to day financial management of an organization
- Experience leading the adoption of ERP systems and comfort with technology
