A computer software company is in need of a Telecommute Chief Financial Officer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building a world-class and agile finance structure and team
  • Running an outstanding finance function to support
  • Maintaining a 360-degree view and be a thought partner who can provide strategic advice

Required Skills:

  • Executive experience with both B2B, B2C, online, and bricks & mortar business models
  • Seasoned finance professional with 10+ years of experience
  • Proven experience helping an organization scale globally in your capacity as a finance leader
  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of Swiss (especially) and/or Canadian corporate financial law, accounting practices, regulatory issues
  • Advanced experience with selecting and implementing finance software systems
