Job Summary

A contact center platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Chief of Staff.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help the CEO streamline processes, set priorities with a focus on goal setting and metrics
  • Design content and agenda for leadership offsites
  • Drive key processes like goals setting and tracking, QBRs, and more

Qualifications Include:

  • MBA and/or a degree in finance or statistics is a plus (we love data)
  • Bring prior director level experience in a fast growing company
  • Track record in rolls that require soft power like customer success or product
  • Demonstrated success in strategic roles and in running efficient processes and teams
