Job Summary

A social organization company has a current position open for a Telecommute Chief of Staff Managing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing working relationships with external partners/vendors and consultants
  • Providing counsel on the development of major funding proposals, contracts, position descriptions
  • Collaborating with the Co-Executive Directors to create a strategic plan and implement changes to achieve it

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Act as project lead for organizing in-person events and meetings
  • Demonstrated commitment to economic justice, workers' rights, or social justice advocacy
  • 10 + years of non-profit management and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of key issues and trends impacting working people across the country and internationally
