Job Summary
An information technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Chief Operating Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and leading the companywide Service Delivery organization
- Managing the overall P&L including revenue, utilization, and margin forecasting
- Mitigating collections and Accounts Receivable escalations
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel upwards of 35% to company offices throughout the country
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years’ experience as a strategic delivery leader within a Cloud Consulting organization, preferably Salesforce Consulting
- Demonstrated understanding of business drivers for professional services projects and business
- Experience implementing processes related to management consulting project estimates, scoping, and lead to cash optimization
- Strong background in team/people management and growing teams
