Job Summary

A company in the child-care industry has a current position open for a Telecommute Child Care Services Regional Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring and tracking the financial resources of the region
• Recruiting, training, and developing the appropriate staffing levels within the assigned region
• Providing assistance, advice, and counseling as needed throughout the program

Required Skills:

• Must have an automobile and be able to travel
• 5+ years of management and/or leadership experience in appropriate fields
• 4-year degree or similar experience
• Excellent mediation and conflict resolution skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database, Internet and social media applications
• Computer and high-speed Internet and a dedicated home office and quiet space to work are required
