Job Summary

An international relief organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Strategic Partnerships Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading development staff and providing coaching and direct supervisory management
• Developing, coordinating, and managing a defined portfolio of major donors
• Tracking all aspects of major donor annual fundraising plans

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel regionally and across the states in the territory
• Mature Christian with a commitment to leading a life in Christ and serving others
• College degree or commensurate work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in non-profit or academic major donor planning, cultivation and stewardship
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and cultivating relationships with major donor prospects
• All other requirements listed by the agency
