A Christian non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Christian Senior Care Call Center Agent in the Frankenmuth Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls
• Document all required call information in software

Required Skills:

• Training and company meetings onsite, as well as, 25% travel
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• General working knowledge of PC, internet operation, email, and chat technologies
• Appropriate home equipment, which meets all current requirements
