A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Telecommute Chronic Care Customer Team Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing Customer Representatives in identifying customer needs
- Coaching representatives and overseeing training
- Developing and resourcing the customer team to address customer needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10% of the time
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing or Managed Care - Pharmaceutical industry
