Job Summary
Not-for-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Church Loans Senior Business Development Manager in Minneapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prospecting for healthy, growing churches in healthy growing MSA’s
- Driving quality loan origination to underwriting team
- Negotiating deal terms that align with portfolio/investment objectives
Required Skills:
- Willingness to travel
- 4-year college degree in business, finance, or real estate with MBA or MA in finance or real estate preferred
- Church lending industry experience of 10+ years with established network of church and/or church leader relationships
- Experience working with business development, understanding markets and marketing strategies that identify and attract borrowers
- Knowledge of church business practices and broad understanding of typical denomination governance structures
