Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Circuit Design Engineer in San Ramon.

Must be able to:

• Deliver of all transport-related services, including circuit design, equipment assignments, and facility updates
• Track, document, and compile Engineering information
• Complete Design Layout Reports (DLR), build, and test for retail and carrier voice and data circuits

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in circuit design engineering
• Knowledge of multiple OSS’s including M6, Netxgen, TBS, and Netcracker.
• Familiar with a variety of equipment for building and testing of DS1s
• Knowledge of vetting, quoting, contract processing, installation and turn up to establish connectivity
• A proven track record of providing technical support and order status for internal and external customers
• Able to escalate troubles with Carriers and any internal departments as necessary
