Job Summary
A provider of information technology and business solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Cisco Call Center Quality Assurance Analyst in Springfield.
Must be able to:
- Provide daily oversight of quality services provided by support staff
- Analyze operational performance against company and customer expectations
- Identify areas of competency and areas of needed improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 days remote
- Knowledge of quality assurance and improvement concepts, procedures, and processes
- Ability to analyze results, research trends and determine cause of performance trends
- Ability to analyze data in excel
- Experience with macros, formulas, professional chart/graph making
- Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports, SQL reporting and the like
