Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Cisco Networking Solution Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participate in diverse and challenging engagements for clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Develop solutions and designs based on the latest Cisco advanced technologies (e.g., BOMs, SOWs, proposals)

Qualifications Include:

• The position will be a low travel role
• Must have 5+ years of related pre-sales engineering in Cisco enterprise networking (route & Switch, LAN, WAN)
• Must have experience in the pre-sales engineering role
• Must have solid grasp of key trends in technology
• Must have experience in one or more of the following: data center, cloud, converged infrastructure, SDN, ACI, SD-WAN, security, cyber security, Big Data, IoT, automation, orchestration, and/or Openstack
• Must have at least one other Cisco area of expertise (i.e., data center, collaboration, or security)
