Job Summary

Commercial company has a current position open for a Telecommute Cisco UCCE Solutions Architect.

Must be able to:

• Create and maintain the Cisco UCCE labs for Demos, training and best practices in the ATC Environment
• Design and handoff contact center solutions to the implementation engineers
• Support other deployment engineer led implementations through the life cycle of the project

Required Skills:

• Remote opportunity with up to 50% travel
• 5+ years' experience designing and implementing Cisco customer contact centers
• Superior analytical skills and complex problem structuring
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting
• Team player who is flexible and able to work with end-users
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results with large-scale, cross-functional teams with various customers
