Job Summary
A large healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Claim Benefit Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Determine and understand the coverage provided under a member's health plan
- Efficiently use multiple systems and screens to obtain and record claim information
- Review claims information to determine the nature of a member's illness or injury
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a Transactional/Production Environment preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook
- Strong Verbal & Written Communications, Listening Skills and knowledge in problem solving
