Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Claim Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interviewing insureds, claimants, witnesses and other appropriate parties
- Obtaining information used to assess liability exposure
- Securing records for investigation and evaluation of cases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must hold a current driver's license
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 3-5 years’ in clinical nursing and/or 3-5 years claims experience dealing with serious bodily injury
- Knowledge of medical, legal and insurance terminology
- Must have training in contract/policy review and application
