Job Summary
An insurance services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claim Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Closely supervise and coach adjusters
- Manage team pending to support on time work produce/cycle time
- Assist the Claims Manager in meeting/exceeding the client's expectations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- May require after hours work and/or travel
- The ability to lead and provide direction
- Thorough knowledge of claims investigating work and claims related procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty claims practices
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Xactimate
