Job Summary

An insurance services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claim Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Closely supervise and coach adjusters
  • Manage team pending to support on time work produce/cycle time
  • Assist the Claims Manager in meeting/exceeding the client's expectations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • May require after hours work and/or travel
  • The ability to lead and provide direction
  • Thorough knowledge of claims investigating work and claims related procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty claims practices
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Xactimate
