Job Summary
An insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Claims Adjuster II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing the claim notice and policy to verify coverage, deductibles and compensability
- Initiating timely contact with customers to obtain information on the claim and explains the claim process
- Coordinating return to work with medical provider, insured, and injured employee
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel required; a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of claims adjusting experience
- Attainment of all applicable state licenses within six months of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
