Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Claims Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive new losses from clients/producers
- Report and/or ensure that the claims are filed under the appropriate policy(ies)
- Assist client in assembling and submitting their claim to the carrier
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Valid P&C Brokers’ license a must
- 5+ years of hands-on multi-line claims handling experience (preferably brokerage exp)
- Must possess advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty coverage
- Extensive knowledge of multi-line coverage and how coverage applies to different losses
- Keep internal system claim file properly updated and attach documents per protocol
