Job Summary

A healthcare management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Claims and Billing IT Configuration Analyst in San Jose.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Review inbound change requests and work with business partners to develop and solidify business requirements for implementation
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Design and execute system tests, and analyses, report defects, and troubleshoot core system configuration issues

Required Skills:

  • Must meet with business owners and technical staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in healthcare systems configuration, billing, and claims processing
  • Well-versed in billing, claims processing, payment, pricing, and auditing methodologies and best practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
