Job Summary

A financial indemnity company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claims Call Center Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
  • Identifying the customer’s need and respond appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency
  • Following established guidelines specific to each claim report or inquiry

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to empathize with customer is critical
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
  • Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)
