Job Summary
A financial indemnity company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claims Call Center Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
- Identifying the customer’s need and respond appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Following established guidelines specific to each claim report or inquiry
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to empathize with customer is critical
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)
