A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Claims Domain Technical Lead Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serving as the key consultative point of contact between business and technology teams
• Transforming visionary thinking into aligned action at all levels of the organization
• Identifying technical solutions and improvements for existing processes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, IT, or related discipline
• 8+ years' experience within managed care organization, third-party administrator, or other healthcare entity
• Adept at influencing stakeholders within your own team and other teams
• Ability to easily manage and be flexible to fluctuations in demand of work and growth
• Ability to work collaboratively across partner/organizations
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
