Job Summary
A digital healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Claims Integrity Revenue Cycle Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Claims Integrity Specialists
- Create and revise protocols for handling registration discrepancies with multiple providers and insurance companies
- Provide daily direction to the staff through coaching and real-time problem solving
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, public health, management or other related field
- 3-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry
- 3-5 years of proven increased responsibility including supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills
