A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Claims Operational Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing the training and organizational development needs within the claims department
- Participating in the development of training programs and classroom materials
- Providing leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
- 2+ years of experience working with adult learning theory and principles
- Medical claims processing experience
