Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Claims Operational Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assessing the training and organizational development needs within the claims department
  • Participating in the development of training programs and classroom materials
  • Providing leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with adult learning theory and principles
  • Medical claims processing experience
