An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claims Operations Manager in Colorado Springs.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing coaching and feedback that leads to sound business results
- Managing employee performance and facilitates professional development
- Implementing and monitoring processes and performance standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to the Colorado Springs office location on occasion
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR 2 or more years demonstrated leadership
- Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
