An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claims Operations Manager in Colorado Springs.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing coaching and feedback that leads to sound business results
  • Managing employee performance and facilitates professional development
  • Implementing and monitoring processes and performance standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to the Colorado Springs office location on occasion
  • Bachelor’s Degree; OR 2 or more years demonstrated leadership
  • Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
