Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claims Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
- Analyzing and identifying trends and provide reports as necessary
- Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work between 5:30 am - 5:00 pm CST
- High School Diploma / GED(or higher
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
