Job Summary
An insurance service provider is in need of a Telecommute Claims Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling incoming calls to interpret, analyze, and assist with customer inquiries
- Completing data-entry into client claims database or other business applications
- Working cross-functionally with others in the Claims department
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Background in Customer Service; you enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work with those in distress
- Can de-escalate and resolve customer concerns via phone
- In the event of a catastrophic event, overtime and weekend shifts will be required
