Job Summary

An insurance service provider is in need of a Telecommute Claims Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling incoming calls to interpret, analyze, and assist with customer inquiries
  • Completing data-entry into client claims database or other business applications
  • Working cross-functionally with others in the Claims department

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Background in Customer Service; you enjoy working as part of a team
  • Ability to work with those in distress
  • Can de-escalate and resolve customer concerns via phone
  • In the event of a catastrophic event, overtime and weekend shifts will be required
