Job Summary

A delivery services company is seeking a Telecommute Claims Support Agent in Plantation.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to and resolve inbound phone inquiries from customers
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls on a daily basis
  • Update the customer management systems database

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to work a floating schedule from 7:45am to 4:15pm EST
  • 1-2 years in Customer Service/Retail/E-Commerce
  • Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM
  • Basic knowledge of internet (tools & applications) and Windows OS
  • Typing/Keyboard Skills: 25wpm
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
