Job Summary

A financial services firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the escalation point for both internal and external client issues
  • Consulting with clients via data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results
  • Being responsible for the overall management of a book of National accounts

Required Skills:

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
