A healthcare decision support company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Care Coordinator in Pembroke.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and vetting top specialists utilizing investigative research
- Creating credentialing reports deliverable to the participant
- Facilitating the collection of medical records
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Participate in company and vendor meetings
- College degree in a medical/health field
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Must be detail oriented, creative, and professional
- Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong customer service skills
