Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Telecommute Client Care Loan Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing consultation, training and support to the client
  • Logging, tracking and managing all incoming calls professionally
  • Communicating progress and any potential problems to manager

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel on a minimal basis
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience accompanied with a High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in financial industry field. Preferably in the Banking or the Credit Union industry
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents
