Job Summary
An accounting and finance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Representative 1 in Sarasota.
Must be able to:
- Resolve 1st Tier level interactions via phone and chat
- Escalate to Tier 2 upon Client request or applicable resolution path
- Effectively research and transmit accurate information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of relevant Contact Center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contact Center, quality monitoring and center reporting technologies
- Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
- Excellent computer navigation and data entry skills
