Job Summary

An accounting and finance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Representative 1 in Sarasota.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve 1st Tier level interactions via phone and chat
  • Escalate to Tier 2 upon Client request or applicable resolution path
  • Effectively research and transmit accurate information

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant Contact Center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contact Center, quality monitoring and center reporting technologies
  • Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
  • Excellent computer navigation and data entry skills
