Job Summary

A tax preparation company is seeking a Telecommute Client Care Representative 1 in Sarasota.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Researching and transmitting accurate information with a goal of resolving the Client’s reason for contact
  • Verbally de-escalating and handling difficult Client situations
  • Utilizing multiple systems to access Client information, researching issues, and solving the Client’s issue

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contact Center applications, quality monitoring tools and applications
