Job Summary

A provider of mortgage, banking and tenant screening credit solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting all incoming customer sales calls
  • Working closely with Customer Service and Operations in developing and managing existing accounts
  • Maintaining daily activities in Goldmine CRM, tracking interactions with prospects and customers

Required Skills:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional travel to corporate office
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Works well in group problem solving situations
  • Manages difficult or emotional situations responding promptly to customer needs and meets commitments
  • Writes clearly, informatively and grammatically correct
  • Contributes to building a positive team environment
