Job Summary
A provider of mortgage, banking and tenant screening credit solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting all incoming customer sales calls
- Working closely with Customer Service and Operations in developing and managing existing accounts
- Maintaining daily activities in Goldmine CRM, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
Required Skills:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional travel to corporate office
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Works well in group problem solving situations
- Manages difficult or emotional situations responding promptly to customer needs and meets commitments
- Writes clearly, informatively and grammatically correct
- Contributes to building a positive team environment
