Job Summary

A financial advisor is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Specialist in Denver.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to current/potential clients via our phone system, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshooting with current/potential clients as issues arise with our programs and products
  • Setting up subscriptions for different HEI programs/products

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in client care or related field
  • Exceptional customer service skills and friendly personality
  • Personable and professional on all forms of communication
  • Infusionsoft knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Technology Savvy (our business is completely online/virtual)
  • Detail-oriented
