Job Summary
A technology-enabled HR and benefits service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Engagement Executive.
Must be able to:
- Lead and manage the largest, most complex Workday clients
- Manage and resolve client escalations and or manage clients out of urgent project statuse
- Identify business trends to guide strategy development and provide value-based solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 15 years business experience with a focus on client and project management
- Prior work experience in supporting sales- ability to sell services to large, complex clients
- Workday Certified preferred
