Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Executive.
Must be able to:
- Create and deliver Business Reviews with all assigned clients per corporate guidelines
- Serve as escalation point for operational disruption across all defined areas of partnership
- Maintain accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate repositories such as Salesforce, Siebel, Qualtrics, and Contract Administration
Required Skills:
- Travel is required
- Bachelor's Degree recommended
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience with particular knowledge related to payment posting and cash reconciliation
- Must be able to be responsible for customer satisfaction and cultivation of references at each client within assigned portfolio
- Must be able to coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience
