Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Executive.

Must be able to:

  • Create and deliver Business Reviews with all assigned clients per corporate guidelines
  • Serve as escalation point for operational disruption across all defined areas of partnership
  • Maintain accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate repositories such as Salesforce, Siebel, Qualtrics, and Contract Administration

Required Skills:

  • Travel is required
  • Bachelor's Degree recommended
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience with particular knowledge related to payment posting and cash reconciliation
  • Must be able to be responsible for customer satisfaction and cultivation of references at each client within assigned portfolio
  • Must be able to coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience
