A robotic technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Experience and Retention Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with clients to better understand their experience
  • Prioritizing clients who are leaving/thinking about leaving to obtain feedback
  • Developing alternative approaches to keep clients

Qualifications Include:
