Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Client Experience Associate.
Must be able to:
- Answer phone calls in a fast paced environment,
- Provide customer service for our clients' customers
- Create and deliver happiness in all caller interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Great communications skills, both written and verbal
- Technical know-how to learn and operate new software
- A high-speed Internet connection, with a download speed of at least 3 Mbps and upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps
- Computer must be hardwired to your Internet connection (i.e. no wireless, satellite, or Air Card Internet)
- Computer must start up in less than three minutes
