Job Summary
A creative company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Experience Associate in Orlando.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a fast paced environment
- Provide customer service for our clients' customers using a cloud-based phone system
- Gather information and handle calls per our client's instructions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requirement of 4 weekend hours each week, and a minimum of 4 hours on Mondays
- Technical know-how to learn and operate new software
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
